Once payment is processed and the contract is signed, we schedule a 1-hour onboarding call with you. During this call, we configure Echo according to your brand’s voice, processes, and specific requirements. After onboarding, our team takes approximately 4–7 working days to fully deploy Echo per seat.
Echo can be deployed across your business phone lines, WhatsApp Business numbers for voice handling, website voice widgets (optional upgrade), and inbound and outbound call systems. All deployment specifics are finalized during the onboarding phase.

You can cancel your Saura Echo subscription at any time. However, for any amount already charged for the active billing month, no refunds will be issued. We recommend keeping track of your billing cycle and, if you wish to cancel, contacting us at [email protected] at least 7 working days before your next billing date to ensure smooth processing of your cancellation.
